
Bev McClellan is a Newburyport, MA native, a downtown Portsmouth, NH rental property owner and a Hampton, NH home owner. Bev has also lived in Kittery, ME and has spent years enjoying the Seacoast from Plum Island to Ogunquit – Bev knows the Seacoast!
Bev bought her first home at age 20 which started a lifelong respect and love of the benefits of home ownership. Her first house was a Newburyport fixer upper and that she did! Bev brings her enthusiasm, negotiating skills and attention to detail to all her interactions with Buyers, Sellers and Real Estate
Professionals. Bev McClellan’s family has been involved with restoration, renovations and new construction for 4 generations! Her son Bill McClellan carries on the family tradition that began with Bev’s grandfather, Arthur Poulin, who was well known in Newburyport, MA as a wooden boat builder famous for his fine finish work. The knowledge gained from living a life full of the scent of sawdust and the sound of hammers and saws assures you that Bev knows new construction!
